  • Author Cate Garrison was on hand to sign and sell copies of her popular book OF MUTTS AND MEN, all profits from which will be donated to Dove Lewis. MUTTS tells the true tale of the nefarious exploits of J.J., a long-eared, brown-haired, pesky but ultimately lovable mutt that Cate and her husband Henry used to own. J.J.'s adventures include several trips to the veterinarian, including one midnight dash to DoveLewis, only to discover that J.J., the great escapologist, was also very skilled at malingering. His story is set against the highly fictionalized account of Cate's five years in America and, specifically, Portland, Oregon, where she and her family still make their home.
    • Rojo the Lama, not only one of the Top money-raising teams in the Online Challenge, but also a total crowd-pleaser
